Our School

"My son is so happy! He looks forward to wake up and go to school everyday! Teachers are awesome!"       ~Myra Gonzalez

Sun Country Montessori is the East-side branch of Escuela Montessori Del Valle, which was established in 1974 by the Filley Family. Conveniently located near Montwood and Zaragoza, Sun Country Montessori offers both half and full day classes for children ages eighteen months through 3rd grade. In addition to an excellent academic program, we also provide quality before and after school care for those families who need extra hours. Sun Country Montessori is also open in the summer to meet the needs of those families that require ongoing care with our continuing Summer Program.

We are so excited to be growing! Our newest addition is almost complete and we are so excited to move in over the summer to be ready for the Fall of 2020.

"Our son started here when he was a little less than 2.5 years and he (we) absolutely love it. The teachers clearly love what they do and love these kids. There's been a couple times our son was crying when he was dropped off and his teacher sent us a few pictures to show us he was doing great. He has learned so much since starting this school and is always singing the new songs they learn. We recommend this school at any chance we get."    ~Tasha Ortega

"I love this school! My daughter started when she was 2 and has just really taken off. She is always excited to go to school and loves the teachers. The only regret I have is I wished I knew about it sooner. That way she could have gone when she was 18 months old."   ~Constance Kelso

"Great school with attention
to each child's needs.
Learning with kindness is paramount.
Allowing children to grow in a safe, loving environment."  ~Marcia Cooper
